How long will it take after I make a purchase to receive my order?
Immediately after purchase, your manual will be available in the window that opens upon completion of the transaction. You will see a download link allowing you to access your manual right away. Additionally, the manual will be available in your account under My Account > Orders and Downloads.

Printed Manuals – FAQ
How are printed manuals bound?
Depending on the number of pages, printed manuals are bound in different ways. Manuals with a lower page count are spiral-bound, while larger manuals may be thermally bound. Very large manuals are delivered in a folder-style binder that allows pages to be easily added or removed when needed.
What is the paper quality of printed manuals?
All printed manuals are produced on high-quality 80g paper using professional laser printing. If the manual was originally in color, the print will also be in color. If the manual is black and white, it will be printed in black and white.
How long does it take to prepare and ship printed manuals?
Printed manuals are made to order. Printing and processing time is up to 48 hours. Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart after you provide your shipping details.
Can I return or exchange a printed manual?
As printed manuals are custom-made, returns are not possible. Please make your purchases carefully. However, it is possible to exchange a manual for another one of the same value, or a more expensive one with an additional payment.
The buyer covers the cost of returning the manual. The return shipment should be arranged by the buyer and sent back to Poland. The exact return address will be provided after you notify us of your wish to return. Please contact us at support@joemanual.com, or via the contact form on the website.
